Sounds like a good faith effort by regulators at cooperation and intelligent discussion/responsible husbandry practices.



Seems to be somewhat inline with what I've been preaching.



It's not the destination, it's the journey. A journey that has hardly begun. This is and will be a dynamic fluid subject that will be tweaked and tinkered with, forever more. Get used to it and build a solid foundation for a functional future.
