I agree with the others above about the Provent A Mite. I use it and I think it has worked great. Now I use it as a preventative.
DON'T wash it out, though. That might be why they are reoccuring. It is ment to dry on the substrate and is effective in that manner. Give your boa another bath while you do it, as the animal itself should not be sprayed. Give the substrate an even spray and let it DRY on the substrate. When it is dry wave some newspaper or something over it to remove fumes and but your boa bake in. I swear the stuff works if you don't wash it out. It works up to a month after application.
I'd do this with all of your boas. Maybe someone with far more experience than I can consult you on the preg. female.
