The easiest is to get a photobucket account and upload your pic there. Then you find your photo on photobucket, and look for the code with [img] in it. (Note that the code will have brackets.] Then you can paste the [img] code into your post. Feel free to send me a private message if you have problems and I can provide more detailed instructions.
