It always counts

I'm looking for official documentation that has been posted by government agencies as physical confirmation for my/your/our records. I have been collecting herp law documentation of this nature for 20 years and probably maintain one of the larger private collections of herp law resources. I even have video testimony from the 80s on VHS (thanks you Phillipe De Vojoli).
Its one of the reasons I need an intern.

I did have another user email me and tell me the official document has been updated.
