Ohio's Department of Natural Resources has published a proposed regulation governing reptile and amphibian licensing and permits. The proposal covers the establishment of open/closed seasons, methods of taking, as well as bag and possession limits. The deadline for submitting written comments on the proposal is March 4, 2010. The department will also hold a public hearing on March 4th in Columbus.
