These are the first pits I've produced and I have to say these are the biggest fattest, juiciest colubrid babies I have ever seen! I had a trio of females in with my hypo patternless (or Leuc if you want to label it that) dad. One female was like the dad and the other 2 were snow/albinos (pure white, slight hint of pattern, red eyes). I'm a little embarrassed to admit, I never observed copulation, and my females were so healthy, I couldnt even tell which one was gravid. I checked the cage one day, and there were the eggs. needless to say, the genetics are a best guess right now. I can only assume the hypo/patternless dad got together with one of the snow/albino moms since as you can see, the babies hatched normal phase. this would mean the babies produced are double het snow/albino + Leuc. When they eventually reproduce, I should be capable of producing bone white patternless. Either way, I'm still a proud 1st time Pit daddy!
