Albino Leopard Gecko, Eye Sealed Shut.

hi. i have a sub adult albino leopard gecko. all the sudden one day her right eye was sealed shut like it has pink eye or something. i notice her rubbing that eye up on the glass. its been like this for a week. i put renue eye drops in a couple times a day and right after i do that the eye opens up almost all the way. in case this is imoprtant shes housed with a juvenile albino leopard and an adult golden gecko...if anyone knows what this is or has any advice please let me know. thanks.
