Just use one of the many weight converters to change pounds to kg. Every kilo gram has 1000g, every gram has 1000 milligrams. Once you have the milligrams of your burm, divide by the grams per milliliter for each medication.



TO save a bit of math, just use the converter to go from pounds to milligrams.
