Hey looked at the dosing suggestions there are no recommendations in the Merck manual for any of those meds for use in reptiles. BACK TO THE VET!!!!!
GENT is extremely toxic to the kidneys!!!
Lincomycin is for treating cattle
clindamycin is a good ATB but not listed for treatment of infections in reptiles. Not necessarily that effective for URIs but generally effective in treating blood infections as I recall again not listed for reptiles.
The "floxacins or flouroquinolones" are great for URI due to the efficacy in gram - bacteria and their excretion into mucus membranes.
