Vaclav...
I just read your story concerning the history of the "Granite" Mex Mex...I think it is funny that you were purchasing snakes from your own line, but I have something to tell you.....

I believe your ORIGINAL pair for Mex Mex must have came from Germany. In the late 80s and early 90s guys in Texas originated the Granite/Speckled line of Mex Mex. Their last names were Galvan....

The way I have heard the history is that a man from Germany by the name of Helmut purchased some of these Mex Mex from the Galvans and took them to Germany and started breeding and selling them.....

I think your original "normal looking" Mex Mex was from this line....and eventually popped out some partially granite Mex Mex.....You have done a great job improving your line, but I don't think you originated it......I bet you are the first in Czech Republic to produce them though......

Mark Bell, Brian Barczyk, Don Shores and the ones I and others are working with all originated in Texas from the Galvans......

These are all Granite Mex Mex from the original Galvan line...
