Public Hearing Thursday, March 11, 10:15 AM AB-793, if passed will seriously

impact 14th amendment rights. Similar to the Louisville law that was struck

down recently, this legislation allows for seizure bonds for animals taken

before a conviction. If an individual was not able to post a bond, the

legislation would allow for the animals to be placed.
