Ok Eric, job for you! I will try to get confirmation on my end as well.
One of the hardest parts with reptile abuse is that they are not really considered pets per say in our state. I cant remember the exact wording to be honest as it has been a few years since I had to deal with it, but they qualify under a live stock heading in most cases is how I understand it.
Would this apply merely to companion animals or all animals in human care? ----- Cindy Steinle
