I have an '08 luecy S. Pine too and he's just about 3.5 now. He has always been an irratic feeder for some reason...on/off on/off...like he just paces himself. I understand what you mean about having a 6 footer...that's the dream alright...but good enough even at 3 feet.



Say, one thing I notice prior to his last shed, and well before he went blue, his skin started getting "peely", like flaking all down the top. I wonder if the lack of pigment weakens the dermis. Since shedding he is perfect again but we'l see. The shed skin was whole without any holes (no pun intended). Anyone ever notice this with luecies or any other snakes?
