I am not aware of anything that can be passed between N. American Colubrids other than your typical nuisances such as internal/external parasites and respiratory infections. So with proper husbandry, you should be good as far as that goes.



The only issue I can see and the one I have dealt with, is hogs have a very unique temperature and humidity requirement. They like it hot and dry, whereas most other NA species like it cooler and can deal with higher humidity levels. I have kept other species in the same racks as my hogs, but I always kept them down on the floor levels so their temps would be lower. But conditions were never optimal for them.
