I know a couple guys that keep their hogs in rooms without good ambient temperature control. There is a noticeable difference in growth rate and feeding response between their animals and mine. I have a dedicated heating system with a programmable thermostat and keep mine at 86 in the day with a night time drop down to 80. I also have heat tape set to 92. I have a wall switch timer on my rooms lights as well. I set this up to give them 16 hours of light per day. | ||
