Kitt,

I addition to the other responses, if you provide a breeder with a VALID/CURRENT LA fishing license and get your snake(s) then you will need to MAKE SURE that you maintain valid and current fishing licenses for each calendar year that you have the snakes in your possession. In other words, it's not a one-time thing.
