Once a week or every other week will be just fine. I'd say medium rats will be just fine every 7-14 days. I'd try to punch a couple more holes in the tub. Mid 70's can be a little high except when shedding. You want it 50-70 when not shedding and 70-80 during shed to help. Too high all the time can result in respitory and bacterial infections.
