Can someone post below the contact info and a sample letter to be individually modified, so that I and others don't have to waste time reading through all the posts before composing and mailing in our letters?

You pretty much have to glaringly spoon feed people the information they need to act, otherwise they won't do anything. I'll admit, since this isn't affecting me personally, I want the info spoon fed and glarringly obvious, but I still want to help.

If people have new info to add to a thread, such as contact info or a novel idea to the process, they should change the subject title when replying to a thread so that it's easier to spot.
