"Alicia Wright, spokeswoman for the Connecticut Humane Society, said the organization is pleased that the DEP is considering placing more limits on the exotic pet ownership."

Some people just need to get a life! Their hobby should not be telling others how to live.

Not be stereotyping anyone, but for some reason I feel most of these judgmental comments come from upper class citizens that spend their time looking down their noses at others, with their self-righteous moralistic platitudes. These are probably the Wine Connoisseurs of the pretentiously noble wine and cheese crowd.

What they do with their wine could easily be construed as dangerous and harmful to society, should any fall into the wrong hands. Maybe we should get a cause/hobby to feel good about ourselves with, and launch a moralistically driven campaign to abolish the fruit of their culture.
