Since I live alone I am the only one in the house that likes them. When I visit the folks (about a 2 hr drive) for the holidays I bring a few of the smaller ones(mainly carpets) along. My mom will finally hold them as well as my dad. She's a cat person so it took some time for her to get over them not being furry, but even growing up they tolerated them.
