Posted by: thecaiman at Tue Apr 6 22:41:06 2010 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by thecaiman ] so long as it is not a protected species my understanding is that you gotta have Resident Retail Aquatic Life Dealer permit, without it i THINK your allowed up to 15 IL species(not protected ones) with a fishing permit, however you cant sell or profit from any off spring produced, my understanding is vague so i seen someone suggested speaking to Scott, Id talk to him or look up IL DNR and contact their permits dept, i dont deal in anything native so their may be other stipulations im not aware of, hope that helps [ Hide Replies ]
