Wow! This Davis guy could work for the government. Forget the AR angle for one second and look at his argument. "There is no difference in the killing of a field mouse and the killing of a cow. In both cases a life is lost and many more mice die in harvesting." No difference, really. In this guy's mind you are equally guilty if the brakes fail on your truck and you rearend a car onto RR tracks and a train hits and kills them. Or if you stalk someone for months know their routine. Study them and kill and rob them. Equally guilty. A life was lost. We all know that is ridiculous. Because intent means everything. It is why Budhists pray at the end of the day in case unknowingly they may have caused the death of another. Even more absurd, typically cows spend time in a feed lot before butchering. Guess what they eat? Right again, grain. Daily consumption how many vegans eat as much as one cow? I realize this is off subject but I get tired of worrying about my job. My animals are not just my passion they are also my livlihood and have been for the last 10 years. Just in case you think I'm a troll because I don't hate vegetarians. I'm 53. I bought my first snake when I was 12(6 foot female columbian boa). I have about 50 snakes, 35 crocs, a dozen torts/turts and a handful of lizards. D.C.
