Third, Osamas INTENT was to kill people if he killed more than he predicted that is a bonus for him. That does'nt make him less or more guilty because he tried to kill as many people as he could.
The ciminal justice system thinks their is a huge difference between involuntary manslaughter and premeditated murder.
This is embarrassingly evident.
Fourth, you are already a prey item. Crocs, big cats etc. would gladly make a meal out of you.
