I'm heading down south for The Texas Star Party next month, which happens to be in the Davis moutains. L. alterna country! Might not see one, but going to try!

I live approx. 35 miles south of Dallas. I have a pretty good area for herp spotting & pics here. Its even in the 50 Best Texas Hikes, but it is on public land. NO collecting allowed.

Not that this bothers me, I'm into photos these days anyway.
