Heya guys, my name is Chris. My first post here, but I've owned Hogs for a few years now, and I think I need some help from more experienced keepers/breeders. My Albino female appears to be, from what I can tell, eggbound. Although I've had hogs for a few years, this is the first time I have bred a pair. I have a huge albino female. She is 3 years old, and this is her first breeding. She was somewhere over or around 275g when she bred. She has always been a great eater. I put her with a year old male and they instantly locked up, almost right in front of me. Anyway, over the weekend she laid ONE slug, and there is clearly an egg about a quarter inch from the vent. It has been almost exactly 48 hours since the slug. She also hadn't eaten when offered for the past few weeks. After I noticed the egg, I tried to feed her and she ate 4 nice, healthy size, rat pinks/fuzzies. Soaked her in a bath also, and tried to gently massage the egg a bit, but this was all last night, and it is still in that same spot today. Any thoughts?
