Hi,
I can only go off experience but I had a Mexican Black King that became egg bound on her first lay. After spending nearly £200 on vets fees, she had to have a hysterectomy due to several prolapses (casued by pushing against a blocked exit).
She can no longer breed. I would expect that you have the albino hog to breed her and so would suggest the vets asap. The sooner she is unblocked, the less chance of prolapse, the less chance of hysterectomy.
