Fire-bellied toads safe in a pinch?

I have an eastern. Naturally, it only (and rightly) eats amphibians. When regular toads and frogs are unavailable, is it safe to feed fire-bellies, or are they too toxic even for our little toad-digesters?

It's been a long time since I've been on here. Good to see it's still around.
