Many people cant afford or simply won't pay for trash pick up. The bright side is, trash and debris attract snakes. Its a bad habit that could be easily corrected. I guess I'm just used to the litter and dont even notice anymore. The bubbles are from stagnation of the water. It was a stream that is normally dry by the end of summer. When it swells, it can hardly handle the water flow and it pools up and slows down. Its really just a water filled ditch. | ||
