Like you, I am a newbie to subocs and not close to breeding my pair for another year, probably two. Still, I think under 300 grams may be a bit too small IMO. They are definitely slower to mature than say corns, and would quess that at around three to four years old you would have a solid three plus footer if feeding consistently. Even a picky feeder should get that size by four years old. I am hoping someone more experience with subocs like dustyrhoades will reply to your post. I will try to see if I kept that Reptiles mag with the suboc article in it. | ||
