You will always get different opinions but I think the size Kevin mentioned is in the correct ball park. I PERSONALLY would agree with wanting a female to be at least 3ft and at least 3 years old. I wouldn't worry as much about the weight. A female with that age, length and a healthy body weight should be good in my opinion (for what it's worth).
