"it seems the lineage aspect of "prove what you got" has turned many away from those subforums and forums......"
That's exactly why I don't frequent some of the subforums. I don't care too much about locality in most cases. some times it matters but it really seems like each mile marker on each side of the road has become it's own locality and it drives me nuts. "This came from mile marker 122 on the eastbound side of highway 20, which means i can't cross it to the one I found on the westbound side." Swear to god it's just got crazy. Yeah some populations are genetically isolated (different reticulated pythons found on different islands, some populations of greybands found surrounded by inhospitable terrain) but to see what goes on you'd think each snake was it's own subpopulation at this point and shouldn't be outcrossed at all.

We wouldn't have 6 and a half billion people if you had to be beautiful to get laid.
6.6 African House snakes
3.2 reticulated pythons
.1 corn snake
4.2 Florida Kings
1.2 speckled kings
1.2 ball pythons
0.0.1 Argentine boa
