No, they cant just ban shippments of the affected ones.Or inspect shippments. Who the hell do they think has best chance in assuring the species. US. Thats a one step forward two steps back. Oh, dont forget all the plants that come in. But,they like plants who cares about all the bugs. Oh I almost forgot they Inspect them, but that means their already set up to inspect stuff.
