Thermostat question

i am building a rack for my milks and hogs, and was wondering if the BAH-1000SC from BIG APPLE HERPS would be a good choice. The rack will hold 30 28 qt. tubs. the shelves will have 4 ft. of flex watt per shelf with 10 shelves.
