I think they are working on it. I had an issue the night before last where UPS put my box in the cool room so it wouldn't overheat. Somehow...liquid spilled on top of the box so by their guidelines they opened it to check the contents and repack it. I had a receipt with photographs of the snakes I was shipping on top of the styro and they called me and said that UPS doesn't allow snakes to be shipped. After going back and forth with corporate I was told by different people that yes they could be shipped and no they couldn't be shipped. It seemed that nobody had the same reasons for why or why not they could be shipped. I was also told by someone that according to Chad's contract, snakes could be shipped if you registered on the shipyourreptiles.com site and by another that they could be shipped only if they were shipped from Littleton Colorado.



So...I don't think that any two people at corporate UPS know what's going on. It's frustrating getting different answers from so many different people. Hope it gets fixed soon!
