I agree totally with you here Matt. It does seem like you get a different answer from everyone you talk to regardless of how high up you seek those answers too! That is not how a company as powerful and complex as UPS should ever be for answers when it comes to shipping guidelines! I hope something fair and realistic comes out of all this wishy washy policy stuff !
