It's not a UPS issue...it's a shipping company issue. In some instances, UPS, FedEX, Delta, US Mail, and anyone else who ships packages doesn't take proper care of them and that's why we as shippers of live animals have to pack them in a manner which they can withstand rough handling. Most packages arrive at their destinations safely but as with everything else in life sometimes stuff happens. I do applaud UPS though for taking the time to inspect my box to see if anything was damaged but like I said it was disappointing to get so many different answers to questions when I called corporate.
