possilbly the stupidest question

I am having space problems.Is it at all possible to have a T ratsnake and a black milksnake in the same enclosure if it is 4x2x2? Im a bit confused at to what a TX rat needs.Ive been to Texas and its very humid and hot in some areas and dry in others, but still hot.
So if I kept the upper layer(tree branches and shelves hotter) and the lower part moist and cooler could it work?
