Ouch. I hate finding DOR's



The coachwhip was pure dumb luck; I was done with the hike. We'd seen lizards and stuff but no snakes. I hadn't really expected any but I brought a camera along for flowers (prickly pear is blooming). We were on the concrete walking path at the entery point to the park, before the trailhead, and she darted across the path and up a tree. I'd guesstimate length at 4' but I'd have never seen it if it'd stayed still.
