Are you freakin' kidding me? An attack is like a dog mauling, bear attack, an alligator biting your arm off or a chimp making you a unique and biting your face off. Not an attack: A 6 foot snake treating your neck like a big tree limb and trying to keep from falling and you freaking out because you think it's try to kill you. Snakes only kill stuff that they can eat or maybe make a mistake because the jack hole had the smell of what the snake thought was dinner. Even at that remote possibility the snake would have bitten him and kept ahold of him while it was choking him out. Freakin' idiots. More bad publicity.
