I do however cut the rest of the eggs with just a slit after the first one pips just to help them out. I am sure these other guys know what they are doing when they cut out a huge window in the eggs a few days early but it just freaks me out to see all the yoke or whites still in there with them. Heck I just like waiting a couple more days and give them a hand once they have started out on their own. You know cutting into them early has got to have a little risk involved even with the guys that know what they are doing I would think and getting an early look is sure not going to change what comes out of those eggs 5 or 6 days later the way I see it. | ||
