I found my 1st plains hog of the season today! I found her digging, she made 2 holes in the ground. I tried to get a pic of her digging but she spotted me too soon & started thrashing & hissing





Here are the holes. They were about 4 inches apart & 2inches or so deep.







I figured they were spadefoot holes & I was right, this guy was in one of them. These are my 1st ever shots of a spadefoot in the daylight.
