Jon, I think I just got lucky with a really fast grower... LOL



Kevin, she is indeed the one from Daytona... Nothing from the reds yet... I want to put a few more grams on the female... Maybe a late season pairing or I will just wait till the winter to pair them up...

She was about 260 or so grams when I paired her with the male if I remember correctly... Got to about 320 grams while gravid and she is exactly 283 grams after dropping these eggs today... I do not think it could have gone anymore perfect...



From breeding other species of snakes I have learned that age is not very important... In fact, the earlier some species are started, the better they do year after year as long as they are in proper breeding condition... That has been my personal experience...
