I hope it IS genetic because the Saint Louis Aquarium gave me $3K for it! Here is an article that mentions it (as well as the 2 headed corn they had). And here is another picture of it, with a couple normal siblings. The condition it had is called diprosopus, which means 2 faces. There was a recent story on the news about a kitten born with the same condition.
