Yeah I know its not genetic, just random. But if she did throw another freak maybe I could afford a pair of pink anacondas. So I guess nobody else has had a snake turn dark around the neck after she lays? That was my original reason for posting, sorry guess I shouldn't have changed the subject. I noticed it a little the last time she laid, but this time it is much darker.
