Hi Greg,
I do not worry at all about the humidity inside the incubators... We use closed systems over here... Even if there are a couple of holes punched in the container, I still consider it a closed system...
Personaly, I make sure my containers do not have any holes and if there are, I just tape them up...
As some of you may know, I use only SIM containers to incubate eggs... Whats goo is that you can run your substrate pretty wet without worrying about killing your eggs... The humidity level in my containers is up at 98%... The difference being is, they are not sitting in a damp substrate,,,
