Posted by: Oxyrhopus at Tue Jun 22 00:09:37 2010 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Oxyrhopus ] They are tree snakes and will take advantage to climb in branches and bask under heat lamps etc. And unlike typical rat snakes, these do not hide during the day and do not move about at night and will often be seen active in the cage in the morning and late afternoon moving from area to area seeking food as they have a quick metabolism.
