One of the last things to come in is color. I have seen under developed dead babies that looked pink or almost purple. It depends on when it died, if it did. I have seen some really crummy looking eggs hatch. Don't get them too wet either, a big change isn't good either. That egg doesn't look that bad. It isn't going to plump back up like magic.
