Getting Tri-coloreds to feed

I'm hatching out baby tri-colored hognoses right now and I was wondering if you guys had any tips to get them to feed. I'm assist feeding them hopper mice tails but I'd rather them get on a whole prey item. Has anyone tried worms, guppies or anything else for that matter? Thanks guys.
