I say spend the money and go for the indigo, or even black pine!! Both are VERY large and beefy, and good ones are just as black as a black rat. Bigger in general than black rats, and definitely more bang for the buck if you get one with attitude!! Think about it, a full grown indigo can easily crush a VERY large rat to death in its jaws and break bones!! Thats the way to play IMO!!! Both are good eaters in general as well, and actually both have decent personalities.
