Posted by: wuffielover at Fri Jul 2 23:20:10 2010 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by wuffielover ] The bugs you're describing are probably springtails, they are a group of tiny wingless insects that eat decaying matter (dead leaves, poop, etc.). They're harmless, in fact most dart frog keepers deliberately introduce them to their terrariums to help break down dead leaves/frog poo and for the frogs to eat. You can replace the substrate if you wish, but there's no real reason to, and they'll probably come back so it would be a wasted effort. | ||
